I do not advise anyone to book this hotel, due to the lack of cooperation of the staff nor to help me with my bags, and also the refrigerator does not work. When we contacted the reception, we were told that they would come to fix it on the day we left the hotel, and the location of the hotel is near a traffic light and the inconvenience of trams and cars to At 1 o'clock at night, also, if you forgot an item in the hotel and wanted to contact them to get it, you will not be responded to. The advice of an experienced person is not to live here 29/6

Good value for the price, clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, especially Huseyin has always been amazing and helpful. Eren as well helped a lot for the room and the choice, we had the best room for the price thanks to him. Location is amazing, the buffet could have more choices at breakfast but their warm welcome is worth everything.

First , i want to say that me and my wife stayed many nights since last year. Good location , clean room , for bed the hotel was the number one choice until today. Unfortunately , despite of having reservations on the arrival date at late night , the staff who is also overwhelming and too arrogant said that there is no available room and there is nothing to do at 3 AM. I had made my plan recently and made a call to stay in Opale , everything was perfect. At the end , I ended up nowhere to go with my wife at 3 AM. We then did find a place to go and stayed safely. So , i suggest anybody who thinks to stay , make your room absolute with an authority , otherwise you never know , when you arrive , you have a room or not especially at late night.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. I felt like I’m king. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request especially ( Huseyin). Alongside thoughtful amenities and general satisfaction, and efficient staff that excels at personal attention is a must-have for all hotels.

It was super nice in the lobby during breakfast and the outdoor seating was nice for a coffee. Staff was incredibly friendly and there were lots of cats that hang just outside. Only issue was they never explained there was a second room in our suite. Felt safe as a Canadian 👍 …

Everything about this hidden gem of a hotel was perfect, particularly the staff, they were ALL helpful, friendly and kind. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Serkan. The hotel smells like heaven.

There are two things that made me decide to rank this hôtel so low: the breakfast is a joke... almost non edible and the room is the most noisy room I've ever slept in all my life, non noise proof windows. Thank God I had my ear plugs.

Hotel is very nicely and elegantly decorated; both common areas and rooms. It is conveniently located; close to Galata Tower and within a few minutes of walking from the Spice Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar. Rooms were clean and seemed quiet for the one night we stayed. They are quite small, but acceptable; regarding space, the only problem is there is no room or space to open or unload the luggage. Ridiculously small closet space with only one hanger; which wasn't a big issue for us because we only strayed for one night. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was OK. Staff was polite, but wasn't very helpful; and communication with them is extremely difficult in more than one sense. I exchanged emails with them to request transportation to and from the airport; and I had to repeat and clarify everything with each email because it seems they disregard the previous ones; even though every email was a reply to the previous ones. Besides time consuming and exhausting, they take forever to reply. When we got to the hotel, and wanted to pay for the transportation service, they wouldn't let us pay with a credit card; they demanded cash. Even though I told them I didn't have cash, they said that I would have to go to the bank to withdraw some. Trying to have a conversation was also a challenge. They hardly spoke a word or two of English. Thank God for Google Translate.
